Both congenital hypothyroidism and acquired hypothyroidism are common in patients with Down syndrome.To describe the presentation of Hashimoto encephalopathy in patients with Down syndrome.Clinical case reports.General neurology unit. Patients Two Down syndrome patients diagnosed as having Hashimoto encephalopathy are described.
